Betsy Casillo is the Director of Customer Experience at Univo IRB. Prior to this role, Betsy has held various positions in client success, operations, and management at companies such as Advarra and Schulman IRB. With a background in market research, project management, and teaching, Betsy brings a wealth of experience to their current role. Betsy holds a Master of Science in Sport Studies from Miami University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Muskingum University.
