Currently serving as Head of Customer Success at Unleash, Roni has previously held the position of VP of Customer Success at Veryfi, Mux, and Cloudinary, where notable achievements include the establishment of innovative customer success strategies, team development, and process optimization to enhance customer experience and reduce churn. Roni's career also includes key roles at Clarizen and Harland Financial Solutions, demonstrating expertise in project management and software engineering. Roni holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
