Patricia Baratta, PhD, ACC, is an accomplished Coach and Consultant at Patricia Baratta Consulting, focusing on leadership development and organizational transformation. With extensive experience in talent assessment, coaching, and program design, Patricia has held key roles at LHH, Unleashed, and BenchSci, where coaching and facilitating leadership programs has been paramount. Patricia's teaching background includes instructing executive programs at the University of Guelph. Additional experience includes organizational psychology consulting at Humance, coaching executives, and involvement with BetterUp. Patricia holds a PhD and MA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Guelph and a B.Sc. from the University of Toronto, complemented by Co-Active Coach® Training in 2019.
