Christina Lott

Christina Lott is an experienced Learning and Development Leader currently at Unleashed Brands since June 2023. Christina has also been a member of the Mic Drop Club, a women's public speaking organization, since January 2025. Prior to her current role, Christina served as Training and Development Manager at Local Favorite Restaurants from December 2022 to June 2023 and held multiple positions at Uplift Education, including Team Lead/Training Specialist and Curriculum Specialist from October 2016 to June 2022. Christina's earlier experience includes serving as General Manager at Dodies Cajun from June 2013 to October 2016 and as a Corporate Trainer at Del Frisco's Grille from November 2011 to April 2014. Academic qualifications include a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from The University of Texas at Arlington, as well as a Master of Arts in Sociology and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Psychology from The University of Texas at Arlington and The University of Texas Permian Basin, respectively.
