Jacquelyn Stanley

Jacquelyn Stanley is an experienced Learning and Development Leader with a career spanning over two decades in organizational development roles across various companies. Currently serving at EmblemHealth since January 2014, Jacquelyn focuses on 360 feedback, LinkedIn Learning content curation, and mentoring programs, alongside strategic initiatives and instructional design. Previous roles include Director of Learning and Development at EmblemHealth, Director of Leadership & Management Development at MetLife, and Corporate Director of Organizational Development at AIG. With a strong background in developing leadership competencies and talent management strategies, Jacquelyn has successfully facilitated the growth of high-potential leaders and implemented comprehensive training programs across multiple organizations. Jacquelyn holds a Doctorate and MSW in Social Welfare from the University of California, Berkeley, and a degree in Psychology from Penn State University.
