Josh Barker

Josh Barker is the current VP of Franchise Recruitment at Unleashed Brands. Prior to this, they served as the VP of Franchise Development at Neighborly from October 2020 to August 2021. From April 2018 to October 2020, they were the Director of Franchise Development at Christian Brothers Automotive, and from June 2017 to April 2018, they were the Franchise Development Manager. Barker began their professional career as the General Manager at Air Power Services Inc from June 2015 to June 2017. Josh also has experience in ministry, having served as an Associate & Youth Pastor at Our Savior's Church from May 2010 to September 2015, and as a Volunteer with Crown Financial Ministries from January 2008 to December 2014.

Josh Barker has a degree in Business Administration and Management from Southeastern Louisiana University. Josh also has a certification from the International Franchise Association in Fran-Guard.

Josh Barker reports to Michael Browning, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Amy Lowenstein - VP, Human Resources, Kristin Taylor - SVP Real Estate, Design & Construction, and Chris Andrews - Chief Information Officer.
