Kimberly Pryke

Kimberly Pryke has a diverse work experience in various roles related to learning and development. Kimberly is currently employed as the Director of Learning and Development at Unleashed Org since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Caring Homes Group as both the Learning and Organisational Development Projects Manager from February 2021 to June 2022, and as the Learning and Organisational Development Manager from September 2018 to February 2021.

Before joining Caring Homes Group, Kimberly worked at Wolseley in different capacities, including as a Learning and Development Business Partner from September 2017 to August 2018, as a L&D Business Partner Team Leader from March 2017 to September 2017, and as a Learning and Development Business Partner from October 2016 to March 2017.

Kimberly also gained experience as a Training Consultant at Lighthouse (Training and Development) Ltd from February 2016 to October 2016. Prior to this, they worked at Willis Towers Watson as a Business Analyst from March 2015 to February 2016 and as a Process Trainer from August 2011 to March 2015.
