Yuliya Zubakova

Yuliya Zubakova possesses extensive experience in onboarding and customer support, currently serving as the Head of Unified Onboarding Division at Unlimit since October 2020. Previously, Yuliya held various roles at Unlimit, including Onboarding Team Lead, Senior Onboarding Manager, Onboarding Manager, Merchant Support Manager, and Senior Customer Support Officer. Prior experience includes serving as Deputy to the CEO and Personal Assistant to the Director at Grand Business Group from September 2003 to February 2010. Yuliya holds a Master's degree in Marketing & Advertising from the Trade Business Academy in Moscow and a degree in Economics from the Finance College of the Russian Federation.
