  • Opening of card accounts, ordering and dispatching of payment cards, informing customers on opening of card accounts and card issues
  • Further management/updating of data in the internal system as per documents/data received from the customer
  • Provision of information upon request of client’s auditors (audit reports), preparation of certificates, statements as per customers’ requests
  • Maintenance of customer’s accounts (change of name, address, director(s), signatory(ies), etc.)
  • Closure of current and/or card accounts in the internal system and sending relevant confirmations to the customers
  • Creation/amendment and implementation of Fees and Charges schedules
  • Monitoring of card expiration and timely notification of cardholders' upcoming expiration
  • Onboarding of low- and medium-risk retail and freelance customers
  • Preparation/amendment of internal forms/documents.

Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent in Economics, Law, Business Administration, or other relevant fields of study
  • At least 1 year of experience in working with corporate documents of legal entities and identification documents of natural persons
  • Past experience working with CRM systems and/or in-house software programs
  • Ability to work independently, and possess strong organizational and time management skills
  • High attention to details
  • Fluency in English
