We are looking for an experienced Technical Data Product Manager to lead the charge in developing our data systems and analytical capabilities. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind building top-notch data products from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a long-term vision and plan for our Data Services, using cutting-edge AI and LLM technologies to improve what we offer.
  • Take the lead in creating a strong data infrastructure, including data storage, processing, and transfer systems. Work closely with our engineering teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Create tools and platforms that can crunch data and give us insights to help our business grow. Design and set up dashboards, reports, and self-service tools for different teams.
  • Set up processes to make sure our data is top-notch—accurate, complete, and reliable. Use techniques to check and clean data, and keep an eye on how it's all going.
  • Team up with other departments like product, engineering, and business intelligence to understand their data needs. Turn their requirements into tech plans and make sure they're put into action.
  • Keep making our data systems better, faster, and more efficient. Spot where things could be going better, tweak how things work, and make sure our systems are running at their best.
  • Lead and guide a team of data experts—engineers, analysts, and scientists—to carry out data projects and get results. Be there to support them and encourage new ideas and teamwork.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in technical data product management or related roles, preferably in the fintech industry.
  • Proficiency in data architecture principles, data modeling techniques, and database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Finance or accounting background or domain expertise.
