Erin Stevens has a diverse work experience spanning various roles within the healthcare and media industries. Erin started their career in 2005 at Nielsen Media Research, where they worked as a Scheduler and later became the Lead Scheduler. In 2011, Erin joined Unlimited Systems as an Application Consultant/Client Consultant and progressed through several positions including Lead Client Consultant, Service Account Manager, Manager of Service Account Management, and Manager of Revenue Cycle Management. Currently, Erin holds the role of Director of Revenue Cycle Performance at Unlimited Systems, where they are responsible for improving client satisfaction, coaching and mentoring team members, and serving as a client escalation point.
Erin Stevens attended the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business from 2004 to 2008. Erin obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing.
