Mark Camero has over 20 years of experience in various legal roles, including serving as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Unlimited Technology Inc. Mark has experience building and managing legal teams, crafting and managing budgets, and leading legal functions across multiple countries. Mark has worked for companies such as HID Global, Smiths Group plc, Schneider Electric, and Vedder Price, P.C. Camero has served in executive and senior leadership roles, advising on legal matters related to risk management, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. Mark has also worked as a consultant in business and tax advisory services.

Mark Camero holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree with Magna Cum Laude honors from DePaul University College of Law. Mark previously earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Certified Public Accountant from the State of Illinois, an Illinois Bar certification from the Illinois Supreme Court, and a Texas Bar certification from the Supreme Court of Texas.
