Karen Elisabeth Ohm Heskja is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and governance roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director and Board Member at RunwayFBU, Karen also holds the position of Chairperson at Unlisted and has recently completed a role as Investment Director at Eviny Ventures. Furthermore, Karen has contributed as a Board Member at Monio and SKAGEN Funds, as well as participating in the Investment Committee for DNV Ventures. Additional roles include Partner at BlueLeap and Chairperson of the Nomination Committee for Nordic Unmanned. Karen's educational background includes an Executive MBA in Strategic Management from the Norwegian School of Economics, a European MSc in International Humanitarian Action from University College Dublin, and a dual major in International Relations and Latinamerican Studies from the University of Bergen.
