Alice Oldfield is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and impact assessment. Currently serving as the Research Impact and Learning Lead at UnLtd since January 2020, Alice has previously held the position of Senior Researcher at Earthwatch Europe from January 2017 to December 2019 and Impact Manager at Borough of Poole from January 2016 to January 2017. Earlier roles include Research and Intelligence Officer at Policy Scotland, University of Glasgow, and various research assistant positions at the Centre for Housing Research and the Scottish Cities Knowledge Centre, both at the University of St Andrews. Alice Oldfield holds a PhD in Geography and an M.A. (Honours) in Geography from the University of St Andrews, and completed secondary education at Prince Henry's Grammar School in Otley.
