BIANCA BENDRIS

Senior Robotics Engineer at Unmanned Life

Bianca Bendris has worked in the field of Robotics since 2017. BIANCA began their career as a Robotics Engineering Intern at Cleandrone, where they implemented an ultrasound based sensor for accurate position estimation of the Cleandrone octorotor in GPS-denied environments. BIANCA then moved to Eurecat - Technology Centre of Catalonia as a Robotics Researcher in 2019. In 2015, they worked as a Project Manager (Data Team) at Tiendeo and as an Engineering Intern at DLR (Institute of Flight Guidance), where they prepared a 4D-controller for time constrained Continuous Descent Operations (CDO). In 2014, they were an Intern Student in CONCORDE Cleansky Project at ICARUS Research Group, helping with the definition, preparation and further analysis of two real-time flight simulator experiments. BIANCA is currently working as a Robotics Engineer at Unmanned Life since 2022.

Bianca Bendris attended Delft University of Technology from 2016 to 2018, where they earned a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering with a focus on Track Control and Simulation. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Air Navigation Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya between 2011 and 2015. In 2015, they also obtained a Certificate in Advanced English from the University of Cambridge.
