Diane Marshall has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Diane began their career as a Restaurant and Events Manager at 10 Dollar Shake, where they managed the overall operations of a late-night venue and implemented successful events. During this time, they also developed a passion for wine and spirits and led regular gin tasting events to generate additional revenue.

After 10 Dollar Shake, Diane joined Deliveroo as a Community Manager, where they fostered relationships with restaurant partners and facilitated communication between various internal teams for the success of the business. Diane then progressed to the role of Senior Account Manager and later became a National Account Manager, responsible for driving revenue and helping restaurants grow their Deliveroo business through analysis and development of marketing and growth strategies.

Currently, Diane is employed at Unmind as a Principal Client Success Manager. Diane'srole involves managing client relationships and ensuring their success with Unmind's services. Diane has a strong track record in client success, having previously held the positions of Senior Client Success Manager and Client Success Manager at the same company.
