Laura Fink

Laura Fink has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Laura most recently worked at Unmind as the VP People & Talent (interim), where they partnered with major brands to promote workplace wellbeing. Before that, they served as the VP People and Culture at Healx, an AI-powered tech company focused on rare diseases. Laura also held the position of Head of HR at SETL, a blockchain technology initiative for financial services. Earlier in their career, Laura worked at Google as the EMEA Staffing Lead/HR Business Partner and at SThree plc as an HR Manager and Business Partner. Laura took a career break to travel independently and volunteer before joining Google as an HR Business Partner. Laura also worked at Virgin as a Group People Adviser and at EMI Music as an HR Adviser.

Laura Fink obtained a French BA (Hons) degree in French and English Literature from Newcastle University from 1996 to 2000. Laura later pursued an MA in HR from the University of Westminster from 2004 to 2006. Additionally, Laura Fink has certifications as a Mental Health First Aider from MHFA England® and as a Strengths coach from Gallup.
