Jeanny Bell Pesce is an experienced professional in human resources and talent management with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving at UNO afp since April 2019, Jeanny is responsible for the implementation of the People area, focusing on remuneration, policies, procedures, recruitment, selection, and training. Previous roles include Head of Human Resources at Dimacofi Negocios Avanzados, where Jeanny managed payroll, remuneration payments, and employee benefits, as well as leading the Development of People at A IMPRESORES S.A., overseeing comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the strategic plan. Jeanny has also held positions at LAN Airlines, Telefónica, and Entel Servicios de Contact Center, gaining significant experience in remuneration systems, training program design, and performance evaluation. Jeanny holds a degree in Psychology with a specialization in Labor from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a Diploma in Human Resource Management.
