Ashim Sett has extensive work experience in the banking and financial services industry. Ashim is currently serving as the Head of Data at UNO Digital Bank since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Standard Chartered Bank for 12 years, where they held various roles. From April 2017 to July 2022, they served as a Senior Manager. Before that, they were a Manager in Retail Banking from October 2014 to March 2017. Ashim initially joined Standard Chartered Bank as an Associate Manager in Marketing Analytics in September 2010 and worked in that role until September 2014.
Before joining Standard Chartered Bank, Ashim worked at TCS e-Serve International Ltd. (formerly known as Citigroup Global Service Limited) as an Assistant Manager in Modelling and Analytics OPS from August 2007 to August 2010.
Ashim Sett completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Statistics from Maulana Azad College. Ashim then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Statistics from the University of Calcutta from 2002 to 2004. Afterward, they enrolled in the Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata and completed their M.Tech. (Quality, Reliability and Operations Research) degree from 2005 to 2007.
