Alonso Vargas Ramirez

Alonso Vargas Ramirez currently serves as a Senior Portfolio Assistant at UNOPS since December 2022, following a year as a Portfolio Management Intern within the same organization. Prior experience includes a role as a Parliamentary Advisor on Sustainable Development Goals at the Asamblea Legislativa de la República de Costa Rica and as an Undeliverables Department Advisor with DHL Express. Academic qualifications consist of a Bachelor’s degree in Economy from Universidad Nacional and ongoing Master of Arts degrees in Public Policy through multiple prestigious programs, including Erasmus Mundus and Institut Barcelona d’Estudis Internacionals.
