Amenthi Jasinghe

Amenthi Jasinghe is a seasoned professional in international development and humanitarian programming, currently serving as Partnerships Development Manager at UNOPS since February 2021. Amenthi's extensive experience includes roles as an independent consultant for World Vision in various countries, focusing on areas such as agro-forestry, nutrition, food security, and project design. Amenthi has consulted widely in disaster management and grant acquisition, contributing to emergency response strategies and resource management for non-profit organizations across three continents. Amenthi's educational background includes a Humanitarian Leadership Certificate in Disaster Response Management from Deakin University and a Master's in Development Studies from the University of Colombo, complemented by certifications in disaster management and marketing. Previous leadership experience includes serving as Country Director for Lebara Foundation and managerial roles within World Vision's humanitarian efforts in Sri Lanka and the Asia Pacific region.
