Dorosella Bishanga

Dorosella Bishanga is an experienced professional with a strong background in partnerships and program management within humanitarian and development sectors. Currently serving as a Partnerships Specialist at UNOPS since May 2023, Dorosella previously worked as a Senior Programme Manager at Save the Children International, overseeing project implementation and stakeholder engagement in Zanzibar. With prior roles at UNICEF focusing on multi-stakeholder partnerships and child rights advocacy, as well as positions at SOS Children's Villages Tanzania, Ireland Embassy, ICRC, and UNHCR, Dorosella has cultivated expertise in program development, resource mobilization, and partnership design. Dorosella holds a Master's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Osnabrueck, Germany, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
