Olesya Rozhnova

Olesya Rozhnova has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Specialist in Performance Management and Career Development at UNOPS since October 2014. Olesya coordinates with stakeholders to enhance performance management practices, develops global strategies to support organizational efficiency, and implements development programs for managers and HR professionals. Previous roles include HR Business Technical Specialist at UNOPS, where Olesya managed partnerships and ensured effective HR service delivery, as well as HR Associate at UNHCR during the Syria Emergency, overseeing recruitment and personnel administration. Olesya's earlier experience includes senior consultancy roles in talent acquisition and HR development, along with a strong background in training and development from a position at RAO EES of Russia. Olesya holds a Master's Degree in Social Studies from Tomsk Polytechnic University.
