Victoria Campbell

Victoria Campbell is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as the Deputy Director of the People & Culture Group at UNOPS since January 2007. With extensive experience in global HR strategy, leadership development, talent management, and employee experience, Victoria has held various significant roles including Head of Talent Management and HR Specialist in Change Programme and Regional Advisor. Prior to UNOPS, Victoria worked as an HR Associate at UNDP and as a Senior Product Manager in Marketing and Communications at RCI UK. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management and Development from The University of Manchester, a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School, and participation in the UN Leaders Programme at the United Nations System Staff College.
