Mariana Prado Ruelas

Mariana Prado Ruelas has a strong background in Human Resources, starting their career as a Human Resources Trainee at Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara in 2014. Mariana then moved to Softtek, where they worked as an IT Recruiter from 2014 to 2016. Mariana later joined Unosquare in 2016, where they held roles such as IT Recruiter/HR Representative and Human Resources Business Partner. Currently, they serve as the Human Resources Team Lead, overseeing various HR functions, including employee life cycles, documentation, and policy development. Their experience also includes recruitment, employee records management, and coordinating company events.

Mariana Prado Ruelas obtained a Licenciatura in Psychology from Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara between 2011 and 2014.
