Trent Kocurek

Trent Kocurek is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in founding and leading innovative companies. Currently serving as Founder & CEO of Equip since January 2022, Kocurek focuses on empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through tailored solutions for caregivers and organizations. As an Advisor at Unosquare since December 2022, Kocurek collaborates with senior leadership to refine services and enhance client experiences. Previous roles include Founder & CEO of Airship, where Kocurek led the creation of transformational experiences from 2013 to 2022, and Founder & CEO of Breeze, which aimed to improve communication efficiency. Kocurek also held key positions at Daxko, beginning as a Quality Assurance Engineer and progressing through various technical roles, culminating as Head of Product. Kocurek holds a degree in Management Information Systems from Auburn University's Harbert College of Business.
