Delphine Mehallel

Delphine Mehallel currently serves as Directrice de la SQOOL Académie at UNOWHY, specializing in digital training for educators since December 2023. Previously, from May 2016 to December 2023, Delphine held the role of Responsable du dispositif de formation des formateurs at AFPA, overseeing the training framework for 4,000 employees, which included the animation, management, and reporting of both initial and ongoing pedagogical training, as well as the design and implementation of educational innovations involving digital tools. Delphine’s earlier experience includes positions as Cheffe de projet formation and Responsable pédagogique at Acadomia from 2004 to 2016. In terms of education, Delphine is pursuing a Doctorate in Education Sciences at Université Paris Nanterre, following a Master’s degree in Adult Training and Skill Development with a focus on Pedagogical Engineering, and holds a Maîtrise in Arts and Culture and a Licence in Ethnology from the same institution.
