Faye Baker

Faye Baker has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Faye started their career at Long Tall Sally in 2009, where they served as an HR and PA to the CEO. Later, they joined Nesta in 2009 as an HR Advisor, responsible for managing the organization's flexible benefits system and staff payroll. Faye also provided support in areas such as recruitment. In 2011, Faye was promoted to the role of HR Business Partner at Nesta, where they ensured a proactive HR service and worked with executives to develop people strategies. Faye deputized for the Director of People and Culture and supported strategy development. In 2017, Faye joined advo group as an HR Business Partner. Faye'sresponsibilities included working closely with the business areas to anticipate and respond to HR needs. Finally, Faye Baker joined Principles for Responsible Investment in 2018. Faye held various positions including Senior People Partner, Head of People & Culture, and currently serves as the Director of People Operations.

Faye Baker completed their Bachelor's degree in Fashion Business Management from the University of the Arts London. Faye attended the university from 2002 to 2005. In 2011, they took a brief course at BPP Law School, where they obtained an Advanced level PG Certificate in HRM with a focus on CIPD.
