Elle Faraday

Elle Faraday has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Elle began their career as a Human Factors Consultant at Orion Aerospace and Defense Systems, Inc, where they designed and implemented survey materials for user feedback on display design. Elle then worked as a Psychology Research Assistant at the University of Central Florida, conducting experimental research and writing research papers. After that, they joined Lakeside Behavioral Healthcare as an Assessment Specialist, providing mental health and substance abuse services.

In 2012, Elle became an Academic Coach at The Educational Resource Group, assisting students with learning differences and providing SAT/ACT tutoring. Following that, they served as a Special Education Teacher at Teach For America and the NYC Department of Education, where they collaborated with general education teachers and adapted curriculum for students with disabilities.

Elle joined Pursuit in 2016, initially as a Senior Program Manager, where they managed programming education initiatives and supported student progress. Elle later become the Head of Programming Pedagogy & Instruction, leading strategic initiatives and overseeing an instructional team.

Elle then worked at Thinkful as an Instructional Designer, creating educational materials. Currently, they serve as an Instructional Design Lead at Unqork, where they continue to design instructional materials.

Throughout their career, Elle has demonstrated a passion for education and a commitment to supporting diverse learners.

Elle Faraday's education history begins in 2006 when they received a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. In 2012, they pursued a Master's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies at St. John's College, which they completed in 2014. Following that, from 2014 to 2016, they attended Hunter College, where they earned their second Master's Degree in Special Education and Teaching. Most recently, in 2017, Elle joined Flatiron School to undertake an intensive program in Full-stack Web Development called Web Development Immersive.
