Neal Muni

Neal Muni has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. Neal is currently the Founder and Managing Director of RTK Group, LLC since December 2019. In addition, they serve as the Chief Operating Officer at Comera Life Sciences starting in September 2021. Neal also holds the position of Advisor and Acting Chief Medical Officer at Unravel Biosciences since May 2021. Neal has a background in academia as well, having worked as a Visiting Scholar and Mentor at the Wyss Institute for Biologically Inspired Engineering since October 2020. Prior to their current roles, they worked as an Associate Physician and Instructor in Medicine at Brigham and Women's Hospital/Harvard Medical School starting in June 2003. Neal has also held leadership positions in the pharmaceutical industry, including serving as President and Chief Executive Officer at Azurity Pharmaceuticals (formerly CutisPharma) from July 2014 to January 2020. Neal has also worked at Sunovion Pharmaceuticals Inc. as the Executive Director of New Product Planning and Corporate Strategy from February 2008 to June 2014. Earlier in their career, Neal worked as an Engagement Manager at Leerink Partners LLC from August 2005 to February 2008 and as a Medical Officer in the Division of Cardiovascular Devices at the FDA from August 2003 to August 2005. Neal Muni's work experience demonstrates a strong background in healthcare, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and leadership roles.

Neal Muni began their education at Phillips Academy from 1987 to 1991. Neal then attended Brown University from 1991 to 1996, completing a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and an A.B. degree in Business Economics. Following that, from 1996 to 2000, they attended Tulane University School of Medicine, where they earned their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree and also completed a Master of Science in Public Health (MSPH) with a focus on Biostatistics.
