Alaina Watkins

Alaina has been on the Unreasonable Team since 2020. Alaina has participated in 2 programs, including Unreasonable Impact Americas 2022.

Alaina is driven by a need to understand how people, systems, and processes work and is passionate about leveraging that information to create positive, collaborative, inclusive experiences.

This drive has manifested in various ways throughout her life and career - first in managing a boutique art hotel on Kiawah Island, SC; next on a 9,000-mile road trip around the US and a startup hedge fund investing in volatility in Austin, TX; then Alaina spent several years working in the education space in Durham, NC, both with study abroad programs and with the Robertson Scholars Leadership Program, where she redesigned the scholar experience to be fully integrated with the program's core values. Alaina is currently a member of the Experiences Team, working to create consistent magic in the details for all who interact with Unreasonable.

Alaina lives in the tiny town of Cottageville, SC - you can often find her covered in dirt in her garden or thrifting anything and everything.
