Alison Alexander

Alison has been on the Unreasonable Team since 2020. Alison has participated in 3 programs, including Unreasonable Impact Americas 2022, and has advised over 40 Unreasonable companies.

Alison is a purpose-driven leader with over a decade of experience in account and program management. As an organizational effectiveness guru, she optimizes organizational operations, builds capacity, and designs and enhances programs. She has worked to create social impact across various industries (healthcare, CPG, PR, and IT) leading complex, large-scale transformations.

She is a forever student of purpose—how it is defined, developed and provides direction for individuals and organizations—and is particularly proud of her published research: “The Power of Purpose: How Organizations are Making Work More Meaningful.”

Alison was born and raised in Austin, Texas. She holds a B.A. in Communications and Studio Art from Denison University, a culinary certificate from Kendall College, and a M.S in Organizational Change and Social Impact from Northwestern University. She served on the board of The Midwest Chapter of The Association of Change Management Professionals, is an active member of the Illinois Chapter of BCorp and Conscious Capitalism, and is a passionate volunteer for Common Threads.
