Nesrin Ayoub

Nesrin Ayoub has been a dedicated school principal and educator since March 1989, currently serving as a School Principal and Science Teacher for grades 6-9 at UNRWA. With over 23 years of experience as a principal in the Ein Hilweh Palestinian Refugee Camp, Nesrin has navigated the challenges of one of the region's most unstable communities. Education includes a degree in Leading for the Future from UNRWA-UNICEF and multiple training courses in educational leadership, management, and hazardous environment awareness, alongside a Bachelor of Applied Science in Natural Sciences from Lebanese University. Nesrin's commitment to educational development and community engagement has been complemented by extensive professional training focused on quality assurance and school counseling.
