Salam Alqerem

Salam AlQerem is an experienced professional with a robust background in human resources and production management. Currently serving as a Business Services Manager at UNRWA since July 2017, Salam has been involved in project management of SAP/BI solutions and coordination with service providers, alongside roles as Acting/Senior Human Resources Officer and Senior Functional Expert. Salam's prior experience at UNRWA includes specializing in total compensation and management policies from December 2006 to July 2017. With additional roles as a Production Manager and Industrial Engineer across various companies, including Eastern Garments and Century Wear, Salam has developed essential systems and processes that enhance production efficiency and employee incentives. Salam holds a B.A. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Jordan and a Diploma in Leadership and Management from Cambridge College.
