Prasad Joshi

Prasad Joshi is a Design Engineer at Untap since February 2023, contributing to the Mechatronics team in the development and testing of an onsite continuous wastewater testing lab utilizing qPCR for viral detection. Prasad founded Designers Charrette, a start-up dedicated to portable solutions for temperature-sensitive medications, and served as an Adjunct Professor at Anant National University, where healthcare systems and systems thinking were taught. Experience as a Design and Technology teacher at Crimson Anisha Global School included instruction for IGCSE students. Prior roles include Project Lead at Medicsys LLP, focusing on a COVID-19 tracking application, and freelance faculty at ISDI Mumbai. Prasad's earlier internships encompassed industrial design positions at Ware Innovations and Aadhan Infrastructure. Currently pursuing dual Master's degrees in Healthcare and Design from Imperial College London and the Royal College of Art, Prasad completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Product Design at ATLAS SkillTech University.
