Janice Orlando

Janice Orlando is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in venture capital, advisory roles, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Venture Partner at Untapped Ventures since 2023, Janice has also held positions as a Gusto Advisor and Investor at Ardius since January 2018, focusing on the automation and democratization of tax credits. As a private investor with Pasadena Angels and a Patron Member of Abundance360, Janice engages with innovative business initiatives. Janice co-founded VentureTwelve, which invests in transformative technology, and GiveVentures, which supports Central American entrepreneurs. Additionally, Janice is the Founder and Principal of Coast Group Enterprises, managing business operations since 2011, and has contributed to academic leadership as a member of the Leadership Advisory Council and Chair of the Founding Board of Innovation at Azusa Pacific University, where Janice also served as an adjunct professor. Janice holds a Master of Business Administration from Azusa Pacific University and is a Kolbe Certified Consultant.
