Birgit Lechelmair

Birgit Lechelmair currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition & People Development at Unternehmensgruppe Theo Müller since October 2023. Prior to this, Birgit held the position of Senior Director People & Talent Development at GEA Group from August 2020 to September 2023, where responsibilities included the design and implementation of the global GEA People Development Landscape. Birgit’s experience also encompasses roles at Körber as Head of Learning & Development, overseeing the global Talent Management Strategy, and at Hauni Maschinenbau GmbH, where focus was on learning and development strategies. Freelancing in leadership development and a sabbatical trip to Namibia mark significant milestones in Birgit's career journey. Past positions include senior roles in human resources at OSRAM and Siemens, with educational credentials from FH Augsburg and Universidad de Cordoba in International Business.
