Barbara Gao

Barbara Gao, CHRL, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as an HR & Recruiting Business Partner at Untether AI since September 2022, Barbara previously held the position of HR Business Partner at Professional Engineers Ontario from October 2020 to September 2022. Prior to that, Barbara worked at Excelitas Technologies Corp. from May 2013 to October 2020, where responsibilities included managing HR services and supporting employee relations and performance management. Barbara’s earlier experience includes the role of HR Administrator at Quality Meat Packers between May 2011 and April 2013, focusing on recruitment and payroll administration. Barbara holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Human Resources from the University of Toronto Scarborough, earned between 2007 and 2011.
