David Cui

David Cui has over 17 years of experience in Human Resources. David began their career in 2005 at AIA as an HRBP, where they stayed until 2012. David then moved to Flex in 2015, where they served as HR Manager. In 2017, they joined d.light as Associate Director - Global HR. In 2020, they moved to APT Medical as an HRD and is currently employed at \u701a\u535a\u534a\u5bfc\u4f53 as an HR.

David Cui has a Bachelor of Management in Information Management and Information System from Beijing Normal University, Zhuhai, which they obtained between 2002 and 2006. David has also obtained several certifications from various institutions, including Maximizing The Value Of Compensation Survey - Compensation Structure Design from Mercer in November 2018, 3P Compensation Management from Mercer in August 2018, Position Structure Design And Evaluation from Mercer in August 2018, Strategic Performance Management from 美世 in November 2017, and Competency Model Design, Evaluation, and Implementation from Mercer in September 2017.
