Tommy Hoffner

Tommy Hoffner has extensive work experience, beginning in 1988 as a Reftec Ordf for SFS (Seriges förenade Studentkårer). In 1995, they held two positions as Configuration Manager for both Bull AB and Teligent. From 1999 to 2007, they worked as a Senior Software Designer for Ericsson AB, followed by an Advisory Software Developer role at IBM from 2007 to 2013. Tommy then moved to Altera as a Senior Member of Technical Staff from 2013 to 2016, and is currently a Senior Compiler Technical Lead at Untether AI since 2021.

Tommy Hoffner obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Computer Science from Linköping University between 1986 and 1994. In 2021, they obtained three certifications from LinkedIn: Introducing Functional Programming in C++, Agile Development Practices, and Agile at Work: Driving Productive Agile Meetings. In 2020, they obtained a certification from LinkedIn on C++ Design Patterns: Creational.
