Cristiana Gavris

Cristiana Gavris has extensive experience in human resources and coaching roles. Cristiana currently serves as the Head of HR at UNTOLD since November 2019. Prior to this, they worked as a Professional Executive Coach at Hirschmann Automotive GmbH from September 2012. Cristiana also held the position of Senior HR Consultant at Traust Construcții și Instalații from September 2010. Before that, they worked as a Professional Executive Coach & Senior HR Consultant at ClearWaters Alternative Management starting from October 2009. Cristiana also gained experience as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at KADRA from January 2011 to January 2020. Cristiana served as the Head of HR at Polaris hospital from April 2014 to September 2017. Additionally, they held multiple Human Resources Consultant and HR Development Manager roles at Nokia from September 2007 to September 2011. Prior to joining Nokia, they were an HR Manager at Rottaprint&Sunimprof Group of companies from 2005 to 2007.

Cristiana Gavris completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in economics at Universitatea "Babeș-Bolyai" din Cluj-Napoca from 1992 to 1997. Later on, they pursued postgraduate studies at Faculty of Psychology Cluj Napoca, specializing in coaching from 2010 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Cristiana also obtained certifications in coaching, including a Postgraduate Course on Behavioural Coaching from Babes Bolyai University - Psychology, a Practitioner Coach Diploma from Noble Manhattan, and a transformational coach certification from Coaching Master Academy.
