Pritesh Kotian

Pritesh Kotian has a diverse work experience in the field of visual effects and animation. Pritesh is currently working as a VFX Lead Artist at Untold Studios since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at DNEG as a CG Supervisor from December 2021 to November 2022. Before joining DNEG, Pritesh was associated with Moving Picture Company where they held various roles including CG Supervisor, CG Lead, Asset Lead, CG Generalist, Asset Artist, and Texturing Artist from 2014 to 2021. Pritesh also worked as a Texturing Artist at Prana Animation Studio in 2013 and as a Sr. Character Texturing Artist at Crest Animation Studios from 2012 to 2013. Pritesh started their career as a VFX Texturing Artist at Prime Focus Limited in 2011 and worked there till 2012. Pritesh began their journey in the industry as a CG Generalist at Fairy Cows from 2009 to 2011.

Pritesh Kotian completed the Basic Mountaineering Course at the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute in 2016. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2009, they attended Thakur Toonskool Advanced Animation Academy, where they obtained a B.Sc. degree in Animation, Interactive Technology, Video Graphics, and Special Effects. Pritesh completed their secondary education at Holy Cross High School from 1994 to 2004, earning a SSC degree.
