Amanda Krantz

Amanda Krantz is an experienced professional with a diverse background in account management and disability benefits. Currently serving as an Account Manager for Major Accounts at Cross Insurance since April 2023, Amanda previously held various leadership roles at Unum from August 2001 to May 2022, including National Relationship Director, where key national distribution partner relationships were developed and managed. Additional positions at Unum included LTD Lead Disability Benefits Specialist and STD Manager, focusing on adjudicating complex disability claims and overseeing a team of specialists. Earlier experience includes serving as Store Manager at Garden Botanika from September 1996 to April 2001, where exceptional sales results were achieved.
