Meghan Rechel has extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as Manager of Learning Delivery at Unum since August 2013, with previous roles including Lead Learning Consultant and Training and Development Consultant. Prior to Unum, Meghan worked at Junior League of Chattanooga as Social Media Chair and Special Events Coordinator from July 2012 to May 2014, and at Hometown Lenders LLC as Customer Relationship Manager from July 2012 to August 2013. Additional experience includes a position as Financial Service Representative at SunTrust Bank from February 2011 to July 2012. Meghan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from East Tennessee State University and completed high school at Notre Dame High School in 2005.
