Melana Kipp

Melana Kipp, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Market Development - Sales & Client Management at Unum, where responsibilities include strategic management and operational oversight of Sales, Client Management, Training, and Recruiting activities across a five-state territory in the Pacific Northwest. With experience as a National Client Manager and Account Executive, Melana has successfully consulted with insurance brokers to provide comprehensive employee benefit packages tailored to attract and retain talent. Prior to Unum, Melana worked as a Senior Sales Consultant at Coldwell Banker Bain. Melana holds an MBA in Leadership Formation from Seattle University and a BA in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from the UW Foster School of Business.
