Phillip Thomaschima is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in security architecture, risk management, and security strategy across multiple industries. Currently serving as Director of Security, Risk & Resiliency at Unum, Phillip is skilled in governance, security assurance, and regulatory compliance, among other areas. As co-founder of Q Technology Solutions, Phillip leads a cybersecurity services firm addressing diverse client needs. Prior roles include Senior Manager positions at Duke Energy Corporation and T-Mobile, where Phillip focused on cybersecurity architecture and threat detection. Phillip's career began at Boeing Information & Analytics, where Phillip progressed through various technical and managerial roles in security and network controls.
