Vivian Stickles

Vivian Stickles, CSPO, has extensive experience in information technology project management and business analysis, currently serving as the Director of Information Technology Project Management at Unum since March 2007. In this role, Vivian is responsible for managing Individual Disability Insurance (IDI) data across various systems, enhancing the IDI data warehouse, and educating staff on data integrity. Previous positions at Unum include Senior Product Owner, where Vivian demonstrated strong leadership and project management abilities while overseeing global scrum teams, and Manager of Business Analysis, leading a team of six analysts and QA testers. Vivian's career at Unum began in 1990 as a Project Manager and Business Analyst for Individual Disability Insurance. Vivian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Assumption University and an Associate of Science in Computer Science and Accounting from Becker College.
