Brett Teele

Brett Teele serves as the CFO and Partner at Unusual Ventures since May 2025 and is the Founder of BRx Advisory, established in January 2020, which offers strategic financial advisory services to Venture Capital and Private Equity firms. Previously, Brett held the role of Chief Financial Officer at Valo Ventures from August 2020 to April 2025 and served as a Senior Advisor, Partner, and Chief Operating Officer at Wildcat Venture Partners and Mohr Davidow Ventures from 2015 to 2021. Earlier career highlights include Vice President of Finance positions at Venrock Associates and Fox Paine, as well as a Tax Manager role at Prana Investments between 1997 and 2006. Brett Teele earned a B.A. in Administrative Studies from the University of California, Riverside, between 1988 and 1992.
