Karen Brewer

Karen Brewer is the Director of Operations at Unusual Ventures, focusing on the firm’s operations and limited partner relationships.

Prior to joining Unusual, Karen was an Investor Relations Associate at SailingStone Capital Partners, an investment manager in the global natural resources space. Prior to that, Karen was the Director of Operations at HireAthena, where she oversaw all facets of operations and customer success. Previously, she was an Investor Relations Associate at Abrams Capital in Boston. Karen started her career as an Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Credit Suisse. Karen received her B.S. in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University where she graduated summa cum laude.
