Scott McCormick

Scott McCormick has a diverse work experience in human resources. Scott started their career as an HR Manager at Cooper Farms Cooked Meats in 2005 and later moved to Lima Memorial Health System in 2008, where they held the positions of Senior HR Generalist and HR Manager. In 2012, they joined Unverferth Manufacturing Co., Inc. as a Human Resources Manager and eventually became the Director of Human Resources in December 2016.

Scott McCormick attended Bowling Green State University from 2000 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Human Resources Management.
